How much advanced notice do you require for cancellations? 24 hour prior notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours will mean deposit forfeiture. Do you charge during setup and breakdown? No Will you be willing to play requests and discuss music ahead of time? Yes, we are willing to listen to your suggestions, give you feedback and play from your desired song list including what you do-not want to hear. Do you provide backup equipment at the event? Yes. How much time do you allow for set-up? Punctuality is a necessity. We will arrive at least one hour prior to the start time you've given us. We will be setup and in-place before your first guest walks through the door. Will there be a contract to review and sign? Yes, we have a standard contract to be reviewed and signed by both parties.

Do you provide lighting? Lighting can be provided as an inexpensive add-on. We can set-up a colorful and changing light show which really adds to the festive atmosphere of the event. The room must be able to be dimmed to take advantage of the lighting affect. What equipment will you provide for the event? What are your rates? Rates depend on several variables. Size of the event, equipment required, location of the event, the venue, number of expected attendees, indoor or outdoor event. The rates can range from $75 - $100 per hour. Do you require a deposit? The equivalent of a 1 hour rate is required for deposit. The deposit is deducted from the final bill upon completion of the event. If the event is canceled the deposit will be forfeited by the client. What do you charge if asked to play additional time? The overtime rate is 1 1/2 times the initial hourly rate
